Seriously, the piece would be much improved with pauses to break up the tempo. At the moment it just races through the movements. Give us time to see what's happened.

Apart from that it's pretty good.

This is great - really awesome understanding of movement cycles in relation to the object's mass and implied weight distribution. Awesome for a 30 min exercise.
